November 2022 Monthly Meeting - Paper Quilling

Hello Beaders!

We're doing something completely different in November, paper quilling! Marg Goldwater is a paper quilling artist, who will show us how to make gorgeous star, snowflake or butterfly ornaments.  Paper quilled pieces can also be jewelry.  The examples would make pretty pendants or pins, and smaller versions can be matching earrings.

Marg and Jay Stutman will explain and demonstrate how to use all the supplies and tools, show you some of the basic shapes, and help you make an ornament. Time permitting, we can also make a greeting card or something else. By the end of the class you should know enough to apply what you’ve learned to make other items on your own.

MLBS will subsidize the major portion of the cost of the class and supplies.  Member cost will only be $15 for this class, including all supplies.
