April 2022 Monthly Meeting - Polymer Clay

Hello Beaders!

Can you come out to play? Play with clay, that is! One of our most popular artists, Jenny Davies-Reazor, is coming back in April to help us make beautiful, multi-media pendants.

We will make these unique pieces by marrying polymer to metal and by combining several techniques we have learned in previous classes with Jenny. The clay will be textured and "finger painted," and the copper or aluminum will be patina-ed, tumbled, predrilled, and stamped with inspirational words. You will take home a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

You may have seen in an earlier email that we are adding an extra incentive for you to join us.  Throughout the rest of 2022, all active members whose dues are up to date are welcome to participate in all of our member meeting projects for FREE!  MLBS will pay the cost of member meeting program classes through the end of 2022. So instead of costing $25, this polymer class, including all materials, will be FREE!
