March 2022 Monthly Meeting - In-Person and Zoom

Hello Beaders!

March came in like a lamb, Spring bulbs are reemerging, and winter seems to finally be behind us. Since many people are feeling comfortable enough to gather in person but some are not quite ready, we are planning a hybrid model for the March meeting. Those who register for the class will get an email with the pattern, and those who register for the class OR just the meeting will receive the Zoom link. You may chose to decide whether to attend in person or via Zoom even at the last minute. Jeannette will include her cell number so you can let her know if you are attending via Zoom.

We have planned a fun "stash buster" project for you: a Herringbone Stitch Bracelet. This elegant piece can be made with either half-tilas or super duos. Jay Stutman is coming back to teach; some of you may remember her Kumihimo bracelet class a few years ago.

The cost for the class and pattern is $20.00. Participants will need the following materials

10 g Half Tilas (or) Super Duos Color A
10 g Half Tilas (or) Super Duos Color B
1 tube size 15 Seed Beads
Size 12 Bead Needle
Bead Thread of your choice.
Bead Mat
Task light recommended
Clasp of your choice (see picture)
3 ring box clasp
3 ring slide clasp
15mm ribbon crimp

All materials may also be purchased at Blue Santa Beads. The pattern will be sent in a separate email to those who register.
