October Open Beading/Shrinkets Play - Blue Santa - Call to Reserve Your Place

MLBS Open Beading PLUS Shrinkets Play at Blue Santa 

And we're back!!!  While some members still feel more comfortable staying home, other members have approached us asking when we could safely resume some level of meeting/program activities.  We've found some safe solutions for you to consider.

Blue Santa has graciously offered to start open beading sessions on a restricted basis on the 4th Sunday of the month from 1 PM to 4 PM. Our first open beading will be Sunday, October 25th from 1 PM to 4 PM.  PLUS as an added bonus, Blue Santa will offer a Shrinkets Play session that day from 10 AM to 1 PM. So if you've been feeling the need to play with beads and/or Shrinkets with some bead buddies, now's your chance!!

For everyone's safety, strict protocols are in place at the shop in compliance with CDC guidelines.  The shop is cleaned regularly and all staff wear masks at all times. Open beading sessions are by reservation only for your safety!Open beading session participants must wear masks, practice social distancing, wash hands or use hand sanitizer before touching merchandise, and occupancy limits are in place for the classroom for the open beading/Shrinkets sessions.

Any MLBS member wishing to participate must call the shop and reserve your space.  If the capacity limit is reached, you may ask to be put on a waiting list in the event that there is a cancellation.  If you make a reservation and can't attend, please call the shop so someone on the waiting list can take your place.  To ensure your safety, in order to participate, you must call Blue Santa directly at (610) 892-2740 to reserve your place. Walk-ins without a reservation can't be accommodated if the capacity limits have been reached.

The pattern for the month's open beading, Rain Falling On Pumpkins, is attached below for you to download. Sara has in stock/ordered all of the delica colors we will need to complete the pattern.  We can work on the pattern, if we choose, or bring a project of our own to work on.

Dates for open beading might change throughout the year due to conflicts with holidays or other scheduling issues. This email will be released monthly, and if there is a scheduling conflict, you will find information about any schedule change both here as well as on our MLBS Facebook page.

So plan ahead, and call Blue Santa NOW to reserve your spot! Blue Santa is going out of their way to make our sessions fun, safe, and convenient for us.  Please reciprocate by calling and making your reservation and supporting the shop by purchasing your project supplies there.
