The Main Line Bead Society is excited to announce our first MLBS Mid Atlantic Bead Hop sponsored by Beadalon. Grab your Bead Hop Bundle and some friends, jump in your car, and enjoy a road trip of beads, beads and more beads! Venture to 17 stores in PA, NJ, MD, and VA, where a celebration of beading will greet you. Each store location will have a raffle basket with at least $100 worth of merchandise, provide classes, discounts, and other fun events. PLUS, there will be a grand prize drawing at the end of the Bead Hop based on how many stores you visit! Get your passport stamped at each location and if you obtain 4 stamps, you have a chance to win $150; 7 stamps, a chance to win $150 or $350; and 10 stamps for a chance to win $150, $350 or $500 in gifts cards from the participating store of your choosing (you must get your passport stamped by each store to verify you were there, another store will not be able to provide a stamp for another store). To participate in the Hop, a Bundle must be purchased for $20 at https://mainlinebeadsociety.wildapricot.org. During Bead Fest, you can purchase a bundle for $15 at the Main Line Bead Society Table!! A Bundle contains (1) a ticket or passport for the Bead Hop, (2) a swag bag with Beadalon goodies, (3) a map indicating participating store locations, (4) a raffle ticket for each store's raffle basket, (5) exclusive discounts for each store, and (6) more! Bundles are not returnable. If you lose your Bundle, it will not be replaced, you will need to purchase another one.

Bead Hop Rules & Regulations
-Must be 18 years old to participate.
-The Bead Hop will run from September 21st to October 13th and will follow each store’s participating hours. (Hours will be posted on the Facebook page).
-Participant must purchase a 2019 Mid Atlantic Bead Hop Bundle (includes a bag, passport, discount coupons, raffle tickets and other surprises). Available for purchase in any participating store for $20.
-Participant must relinquish the respective store’s coupon, provided in the Bead Hop Bundle, to the store to receive the discount. Discount coupons are effective September 21st through October 13th. 2019.
-Participants do not need to purchase merchandise at a store in order to get their passport stamped for the Grand Prize Raffle or to participate in the store raffle basket drawing.
-To win individual store raffles, participant must use the raffle tickets provided in the Bead Hop Bundle. Raffle tickets will be accepted September 21st through October 13th, 2019. Store owners and employees are not eligible to participate in their store’s gift basket raffle.
-To be eligible to win the grand prize raffle, you must get your passport stamped at each participating shop you visit. To qualify for this raffle, participants must have at least 4 store stamps to enter for the $150 drawing, 7 store stamps to enter the $150 & $350 drawings, and 10 store stamps to enter the $150, $350, & $500 drawing. Participant must leave the passport at the last store they visit by the close of business on October 13th, 2019. Main Line Bead Society Board Members are not eligible to participate in the Grand Raffle.
-If your passport, discount coupons or raffle tickets are lost or stolen, they will not be reissued.
-Raffle winners will be posted on the Bead Hop Facebook site by October 28th and notified by phone.
-Grand prize winners will pick up gift certificates from the store they chose to receive the gift certificates from. Must be picked up by November 2, 2019. Alternate arrangements can be made with the store if unable to pick up by the designated date.
-Shop gift baskets must be picked up at the shop where it originated by November 2, 2019. Alternate arrangements can be made with the store if unable to pick up by the designated date.
-By filling out your personal information on the passport, you agree to be added to the MLBS Mid Atlantic Bead Hop/MLBS mailing list. This list is never sold or exchanged to third party companies. The sole purpose of the mailing list is to keep you up to date on future events.
